Stephen has more than 15 years’ experience across investment banking and financial technology in London and New York before turning to teaching at Charterhouse.

Stephen launched AmplifyME school’s initiative because he saw a unique opportunity to make a real difference to young people’s careers earlier on:

Our simulations are integrated into more than 60% of all UK universities’ programmes, and 8/10 of the world’s largest investment bank graduate training programmes.
