As finance giants like Citadel and Morgan Stanley search for younger talent, our simulation-based workshops are giving high school students a head start in the competitive finance industry.
During the two-day workshop, students aged 15 to 18 managed fictitious $20 million portfolios, mimicking the pressures of professional trading floors. Why? To gain hands-on experience typically reserved for seasoned professionals and cultivate a younger talent pipeline for AmplifyME’s institutional partners.
