Sebastian joined AmplifyME’s Summer Analyst Training Programme after hearing about its positive impact from his older brother, who had participated in the programme over 4 years earlier.

For Sebastian, the most impactful part of the Summer Analyst Training Programme was the detailed explorations of the different roles available within the financial sector and learning more about what each role entailed.

Through immersive simulations, he explored the day-to-day responsibilities of key finance roles, such as Asset Management, analysing their impact both within an organisation and across the broader financial market. 

“The simulations were directly relevant to the kind of work my role will involve, which meant I was able to understand the position better and speak about it more confidently in interviews.”

Today, Sebastian is studying for an MSc in Finance at Imperial College London and has received his first internship offer with AustralianSuper in their investments team.
