Silvia graduated from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi with a BSc in International Economics and Finance followed by an MSc in Finance and Quantitative Finance at Università della Svizzera Italiana.
She joined AmplifyME from Goldman Sachs where she was working as global investment research analyst, having completed the Summer Analyst Training Programme in 2021.
Silvia both designs and delivers Amplify's suite of corporate finance simulations for institutional clients and universities and brings great knowledge and passion to the role.

You will cover 12 specialist roles over three weeks with each week focusing on a different area of the industry; Asset Management & Hedge Fund Trading, Investment Banking & Corporate Finance, and Sales Trading & Market Making.

The programme is a mixture of sessions taught by our industry experts and practical simulations covering a number of areas including M&A, Equity Research, Initial Public Offering’s, Private Equity, Asset Management, Sales Trading, Market Making, Proprietary Trading, Hedge Fund Trading, Commodity Trading and Quantitative Trading.

There are no prerequisites or requirements to enrol.

We have a team of AmplifyME trainers who between them have over 130 years of industry experience as well as guest speakers from the top financial institutions.

You will have regular interactions and access to the training team throughout their sessions and throughout the programme.

There will be two in-person networking events throughout the summer available to anyone that has signed up for the programme. The dates will be communicated once they are confirmed. There will also be guest speakers from top financial institutions taking part in the training weeks.

You will receive a Level 6 Diploma in Applied Finance, accredited by the LIBF (London Institute of Banking & Finance). Those who opt for individual weeks will earn a Level 5 Diploma in their chosen subject.

No, this programme is not the same as a finance internship. This programme will equip you with all the practical experience and technical skills to enhance your prospects for future internship or graduate scheme applications.

The training for this programme is delivered in a live virtual format. This makes it as accessible as possible for learners around the world. We also offer optional, in-person networking events in London.

The programme is conducted in the UK and as such will be run within UK working hours. It is important that participants take part in all sessions, failure to do so may result in not passing the programme.

No, the networking events are not mandatory for programme completion.
