Silvia graduated from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi with a BSc in International Economics and Finance followed by an MSc in Finance and Quantitative Finance at Università della Svizzera Italiana.
She joined AmplifyME from Goldman Sachs where she was working as global investment research analyst, having completed the Summer Analyst Training Programme in 2021.
Silvia both designs and delivers Amplify's suite of corporate finance simulations for institutional clients and universities and brings great knowledge and passion to the role.

You will cover 12 roles accross 13 simulations over the course of the week. Each day focuses on a different area of the industry; Asset Management & Hedge Fund Trading, Investment Banking & Corporate Finance, and Sales Trading & Market Making.

The Bootcamp blends interactive classroom teaching and hands-on simulations, giving you both the theory and the chance to apply it in practice. You’ll learn directly from AmplifyME’s co-founders and finance mentors, join career masterclasses, and take part in networking and social events in London — all within a small 60-student cohort for maximum interaction and feedback.

There are no prerequisites or requirements to enrol. Any learner at any level is welcome 16+ years of age.

We have a team of AmplifyME trainers who between them have over 130 years of industry experience as well as special guests.

The Bootcamp is delivered in-person. You will have unlimited interactions and access to the training team throughout.

There will be 4+ in-person networking and social events held during the December Bootcamp, as well as in spring and summer 2026. All events will take place in London and are open to everyone, with dates to be confirmed. One of these events will feature an exclusive training day at Morgan Stanley’s HQ in Canary Wharf, where you’ll meet their recruitment team and graduates at the firm, followed by a chance to connect socially with your peers.

You will receive a Level 5 Diploma in Applied Finance, accredited by LIBF (London Institute of Banking & Finance).

No, this programme is not the same as a finance internship. Instead, it equips you with practical experience and technical skills to strengthen your applications for future internships or graduate schemes. It’s also the perfect way to prepare for an internship or graduate role you’ve already secured — ensuring you hit the ground running.
