In this latest piece, Bloomberg examines a problem recruiters once wished for: every CV is now perfect. AI tools have made it easy to produce a polished application at scale, leaving employers flooded with similar-looking candidates and struggling to separate genuine ability from good prompting.
AmplifyME is featured as one of the firms helping employers solve this. Our research, drawn from our Annual Impact Report, found that around 84% of candidates applying for early-career finance roles now use AI tools somewhere in their application process, a figure Bloomberg cites directly. AmplifyME's Chief Content and Culture Officer, Anthony Cheung, told Bloomberg it's "almost impossible to identify the signal from the noise," adding that this is fuelling demand for performance-based assessment, where employers can see what a candidate can actually do rather than relying on a CV alone.
